— Jen Chan, Founder and Visionary Creator

EVOLUTIONARY CREATOR

JEN CHAN, MBA, the Founder and Visionary Creator of WHITE TIGER, is a pioneer who leads from the heart, mind, and soul. Jen has special expertise in real estate condo conversion and co-ownership and has more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and related fields. She has received numerous accolades for her professional performance, including the Standing Ovation Award and Commitment to Excellence Award, both from CNL, the largest commercial real estate development company in Orlando, and the Exceptional Service Award from the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort.

Jen has worked in a wide range of businesses, from startups to multinational corporations, and has invested in numerous real estate projects. She bought her first house when she was just 23, and since then has purchased, rehabilitated, managed, and sold nine residential properties, including condo conversion.

Jen earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Webster University Worldwide. She has been an adjunct instructor in Business and Technology and an alumni speaker at UCF and ITT Technical Institute.

Born and raised in Florida, Jen worked in a family-owned restaurant business as a child. As an adolescent and to this day, she helps manage real estate investments with her mother. Those early work experiences helped shape her strong work ethic and irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit. Her experience playing key roles in team sports has contributed to her collaborative approach to business and the value she places on teamwork and team spirit.

As a research and due diligence coordinator at CNL (now Foundry Commercial), she prepared acquisition board packages for nearly 100 commercial properties with a total value of more than $250 million and helped prepare requirements for a $53 million collateral loan commitment for commercial building acquisitions.

Jen decided to create WHITE TIGER after experiencing the frustration of doing her own condo conversion. She believed there had to be a more efficient, quicker, and less stressful way to complete a conversion on time and on budget — with fewer unpleasant surprises along the way.

She envisioned a streamlined, standardized program that would simplify and accelerate the process while avoiding the pitfalls that often impede real estate conversion projects. That “aha moment” gave birth to WHITE TIGER — a leading-edge thought and conscious company that embodies her fierce commitment to empowering people to achieve the American dream of home and commercial ownership and financial abundance by creating an innovative real estate model through condo conversion.

Jen has devoted countless hours over a decade to developing and refining her proprietary program, Fast Track Condo Conversion™ (FTCC), and curating a team of highly skilled professionals to execute it. Like a brilliantly composed symphony, WHITE TIGER is her masterpiece.

She believes self-awareness, personal and professional evolution, learning, and active participation are lifelong pursuits and keys to overall success and well-being. She has been expanding her real estate knowledge and business skills over many decades to help effect evolution. She frequently participates in industry workshops and seminars and has received specialized training in transformational leadership and coaching. She embraces the dual East and West cultures in which she grew up, integrating personal transformation and experiential breakthroughs into her business practice.

Jen believes that investing in condo conversions — and real estate in general — should be viewed in the context of an individual’s total personal well-being. A stable home and solid financial footing are the foundations of a fulfilled life.

Gratitude and fierce conviction make all things possible.

COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY

Beyond her professional life, Jen believes strongly in giving back to her community. She supports many local and national civic organizations through volunteerism at events ranging from small, informal gatherings to large, formal affairs. She has been on the planning committee and volunteerism with GLAAD, a national LGBTQA+ advocacy organization, for nearly two decades. She is also involved with the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR), Equality California (EQCA), Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and a member of the San Francisco Pride Parade and Celebration (SF PRIDE), and Pets are Wonderful Support (PAWS).

Jen participates in special events and guest experiences for the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco and serves as a public representative for City College in the MA Advisory Committee for the Education Review Board. She is also a speaker with San Francisco State University (SFSU) under the Center Research Education and Sexuality (CREGS) partnered with the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, speaking on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to students at local schools, universities, organizations, and companies.

She moved to San Francisco in 2000 and fell in love with the City by the Bay. "I appreciate the eclectic nature and openness, the diversity, the architectural and natural beauty of the city,” she says. “I love the innovation, the creativity of the culture, in the arts, dance, music, fashion and style, culinary and world travel. And I love to share these experiences with others. But what I love the most is the opportunity to turn dreams into reality."

WHITE TIGER is the product of Jen's vision, devotion, and belief in the higher power and co-creating with the Universe. Her deep experience, exceptional skills, and holistic approach — together with the talent and support of those around her — lie at the heart of this pioneering endeavor. For Jen, WHITE TIGER is not just a company, it’s a calling.
